Day 13, monday 28th of feb

last catch up.

monday checking out, 

not much done, except some work.

chilling in the airport.

tmr, back to guelph, and back on to workout plan.

today was getting rid of my top 10 addictions.

and in doing so revealed somehting i knew, but didnt realise

i relied on so heavily.

1) AE

2) nba.

3)facebook.

4) youtube motivation.

5) internet tv+ movies.

6) sugar.

7) fast food

8) manga

.9) t-nation.

10)2k 11.

already ko.ed 3 of them

continuing on my way

 


Day 12,

this was nba day lol,

i know there hasnt been much difference

over the last couple of days but today was sick

watched miami vs nyk, lakers vs okc, and also some minneosota vs GS

so enough nba+ alot jimmy,

but it was the last day of alot of stuff.

still no work outs yet, but almost on my way back.


Day 11.

not as lazy as yesterday,

got up and got the money, decided to spend another 2 days 

in super 8, was cooler to chill out, and stay in san mateo than otherwise.

went out and got a cha siu fan, but tasted not good to

say the least. besides that nba, IC, AE, repeat.  pizza. milk

enjoying chilling, but finding the way back.

no stretching or workng out, just more of a holiday.


day 10.

today was super lazy, just chilled in bed, no workouts,

been consuming alot of ice cream and pizza.

got a fair bit of nba and tv with alot of lazy stuff.

even though arguements continue it is for the best.

caught denver boston game was pretty sick.

 


Day 9

got up, legs burned like hell.

went to park road for a full workout.

got to meet some of the people there.

did alot of mobility and stretching work

did alot of goat bags, and a few goblets.

went a bit lighter, but was still shaking by the end

afterwards went and ate at a diner, with everyone.

was cool having lunch with everyone.

afterwards, talked with DJ, had a general idea of hwere to go

work on flexibility + pushing weight up with good form

goat bags+ goblets.

also one legged deadlifts too. focus on getting stronger here.

after went back to the hotel and just chilled out for a while.
